This training program is offered by SAJE to entrepreneurs and self-employed workers who want to optimize the development of their client base and learn better sales techniques. Participants will learn to master every step of the sales process and to adapt the steps to their own business.

This short program (one day a week for 15 weeks) provides a theoretical base combined with role-playing workshops under the supervision of a team of experienced consultant-trainers. The training focuses on sales to give promoters the knowledge and tools they need for business negotiations.

At the end of the training, the promoters will be able to identify the important points of the sales communication and to establish a business climate conducive to “win-win” business relationships.

Reformulate, argue, negotiate, counter objections and close sales: these are techniques that will allow you achieve your objectives.

At the end of this program, which is offered in collaboration with the Commission scolaire Pointe de l’île, the participants receive an attestation of vocational specialization (attestation de spécialisation professionnelle or ASP).
