| Starting a small business training sessions |

| « Starting a small business » training sessions are offered by SAJE accompagnateur d'entrepreneurs in collaboration with the Commission scolaire Marguerite-Bourgeoys. Upon successful completion of the program, the participants receive an attestation of vocational specialization (attestation de spécialisation professionnelle or ASP). This program includes practical courses on various business functions (market studies and marketing, operational management, financial projections, etc.) and also offers a number of exercises, such as case studies of participating entrepreneurs, specialized workshops (business law, taxation, financing…), laboratory work and individual follow-up. « Starting a small business » provides the opportunity complete a business plan in 11 weeks, 2 and a half days a week. Throughout, the process and participants are coached by a business development consultant-trainer. They also receive advice and counselling from external speakers who are specialists in various fields related to business start-up. |
